The location was terrible, situated in a dirty part of the medina that felt unsafe. Getting to the hotel was difficult, with many locals outside trying to solicit money for directions. The overall amenities were disappointing, with narrow corridors and no lift to carry bags, making it uncomfortable to navigate the property.
